Booking us for your catered event

We require a $150 non-refundable deposit upon booking, to be paid via check.  Your event is not scheduled on our calendar until we receive this.  If you're planning to have us serve your hungry guests, please pay the deposit as soon as possible.  If the deposit is not sent in a reasonable time upon verbal agreement, we may book another event, as during the busy season we get several requests for the same day.

I'm having a party.  How do I book you for my private event?

Having a party?  No need to cook, serve or cleanup.  We can do all that for you.  Click here for more info.

 

Would you come to our block or neighborhood party?

Sure, we'd love to.  However we do require a minimum in sales of $600.  At the end of the event, if the total gross sales don't meet the minimum, the difference must be paid by whoever is responsible for booking us.  Click here to request us!

Do you offer any vegetarian or vegan friendly foods?

Any of our non-meat menu items are vegetarian friendly, such as our fried dough, french fries, cotton candy, etc.  At this time we do not offer any vegan or meat substitutions for menu items like our hot dogs and hamburgers.  Food items are cooked with the same grills and fryers and we cannot prevent cross contamination.

What if I have food allergies?

We use a standard wheat flour for our fried dough and cannot prevent cross contamination to other products due to the "dust" that gets everywhere, even though we clean everything thoroughly.  Our french fries have a seasoned flour coating and hot dogs and hamburgers are served on regular bread rolls.  All of our fried foods are cooked in 100% vegetable oil.  If you're highly sensitive to several food allergies, unfortunately we're probably not the best food truck for you.
